Cancelation Policy

To help us provide the best service to all clients, please take note of the following:

Appointment Confirmation
Please confirm your appointment within 48 hours when contacted to secure your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

​

Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 5 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% charge of the treatment fee.
